#43: Change Can Happen Fast

 In July, I carried out a free, 5 Day, 5 Habits Challenge. The objective was to implement some simple, easy, lifestyle habits that would have a big impact on the scale if done consistently.

The participants were so engaged and saw such an impact on their health in such a short time frame that I wanted all my podcast listeners to benefit.

Thus, I have put together all the content from the challenge into this episode.
